Man City's unwanted lot exit

Manchester City have finally offloaded four of their squad members to reduce the burden on their owners' fat pocket and also make space for more signings.

Darius Vassell,Danny Mills,Diietmar Hamann and Michael Ball have left the club and would be able to join another club on a free transfer.

It doesn't come as a surprise to any as the players had not been part of Mark Hughes' plans in the past and nor would they be for the future.

All of them except for ball had been past their prime as Mills did not feature for City in the entire last year.Vassell and Hamann have had an injury plagued time while Ball lost his position to Wayne Bridge who arrived in the winter transfer window.
