Darren Bent on Twitter - Required?

According to Telegraph's Mike Norrish, he doesn't. In a candid blog he says all sports person's (except Lance Armstrong) have no reason to be on Twitter and be thumbing away their daily whereabouts and in Bent's case their outburst towards the team that they are still under contract with!

The most enjoyable part of the post is his description of Bent's biography in the form a tweet :

Get Ipswich deal, do ok, join Charlton, do ok, join Spurs, get rich, miss lots of chances

Darren Bent can now get a new Twitter account and blast Nail Quinn in a few years after being thrown out of an airplane!
