Ronaldo backs Scolari

Portugal winger,Cristiano Ronaldo has backed Scolari to do a great job at Chelsea and make it tougher for his (current) club Manchester United.
Scolari would join Chelsea after his current and last assignment with Portugal at Euro 2008 where they have reached the quarter finals.

"Scolari gives his players the ambition to play attractive, attacking football. He is a great man, a great coach," Ronaldo told The People.

"With him at Chelsea, it is going to be difficult for United."

He also added that he understands Scolari not extending his contract with Portugal in favour of better conditions and better future for himself and his family.

Scolari has chosen Chelsea over Portugal because of financial reasons as he answered the press in a press conference before Portugal take on hosts Switzerland in their final Group A encounter which is a dead tie for both teams as Portugal are through and Switzerland can't make it.

With Ronaldo's comments about moving for a better future and conditions and financial stability,is he also hinting at a move to Madrid??

With expandable post, you can choose to display an arbitrary amount of text from the beginning of each post, as a teaser for the whole thing. Then users who want to read the rest of the post can click a link to see the full text. This is handy if you have lots of long articles all on one page
